Welcome to our Web site, and welcome to the Villages at Kensington! Located in beautiful Vancouver, British Columbia, the Villages at Kensington is home to over 350 families. Our neighborhood is fortunate to have one of the most beautiful park and recreation centers in the area, with an Olympic size pool, 12 tennis courts, and a park for children. We recently installed a covered picnic area with seating for over 75 people and a 10-mile hike and bike trail. You won’t find better living anywhere!

Residents

If you are a resident, please use this Web site to learn more about association meetings, current neighborhood alerts and crime watches, and special events. The site is updated after each monthly meeting of the association.

Nonresidents

All of the facilities within the neighborhood are for residents and their guests only. If you are considering purchasing a home in the Villages at Kensington, please contact the association’s president if you have any questions about homes, schools, and other services in the area.
